Jog-a-Thon 2026 - Stronger Together - Run As One!
From May 4-June 1st it’s time for the View Acres Community to come out and support our students!
This is one of biggest (and most FUN!) fundraisers of the year. Money raised will go towards field trips and hands on learning experiences, classroom resources, school events and community activities and teacher support! Every Viking makes a difference and every donation, big or small, makes a difference, so thank you!!
Our goal this year is $15,000, last year we raised just under this - we got this Vikings!
NEW this year: Students have a shield to decorate at home and bring back on May 29th for the Jog A Thon. Suggestions for decorations: Who you are, what you love, what you bring to our school. Students will use the shield for tracking their laps.

Jog-a-Thon Schedule (2026)
Grades K and 1:
Warm Up 11:45 - 11:55 | Event 11:55 - 12:15
Grades 2 and 3:
Warm Up 12:15 - 12:25 | Event 12:25 - 12:45
Grades 4, 5 and TLC:
Warm Up 12:45 - 12:55 | Event 12:55 - 1:15
May 4th - 31st - Collect Donations
The fundraising drive begins on May 4th and goes through May 31st.
Students are encouraged to find sponsors that want to support them by pledging a flat donation.
Pledges can be made by online or by check / cash. (Checks should be payable to View Acres PTO)
Online donations
Online donations can be made via the secure fundraising service, 99Pledges.
Each student will have their own pledge page for collecting online pledges.

May 29th - Jog-a-Thon Day!
Students will jog/walk on our school track for as many laps as they can.
Each student will get a fun prize just for participating in the Jog-a-Thon.
June 1st - Turn In Pledge Cards:
Please use the provided envelope to turn in a completed Pledge Card as well as any cash or check donations by June 4th.
Checks should be made payable to View Acres PTO
Even if all pledges are made online through your 99Pledges page, we ask that you please return a completed Pledge Card to help us with accounting.
Setting up a Student Pledge Page:
Adding your student as a participant is easy:
Click the Add My Student Button on this page.
Fill out the short form (be sure to select their teacher) and click the Add button, and
You'll be taken to your student's new Pledge Page. (yep, it's that easy!)
You can share the direct link to this pledge page with sponsors via email or social media!
